Re: Attire For MBA Interview
Hey buddy a business school level interview is very different from your off campus job screening. Companies at this level are paying well into six figures, and they want to make sure you have the skills they want and are a great fit for their company culture. The good news for the business school student is that the classical men’s suit style has remained the same for a hundred years. Always wear a 2-piece suit in a conservative color. No double-breasted. No suit jackets with different pants. Use the fabric with Wool, NEVER polyester or anything that is a blend (typically add too much sheen and look cheap) Always select good quality silk ties. Shoes Shined and clean Leather lace-ups. No slip-ons. No synthetics. No rubber soles. Black, dark brown, or cordovan. Plain toe, split toe, and cap toe are fine. You should not wear any crazy belt buckles. No suspenders/braces. I think this is enough and you don’t have to be very formal you are a student only so this will be very O.K. for you |
