Is any degree done from Arunachal University of Studies fake, from which organization Arunachal University of Studies recognized, is Arunachal University Of Studies comes under blacklisted universities in India???

No its not fake its recognized by UGC can see on UGC website

Dear Sir,

I have complete my graduation in 2014 through Arunachal university and received my consolidated marks sheet, Provisional certificate, Migration certificate and Course completion certificate and waiting from long time for receiving convocation. But whenever i call to the university they will still dates has not decided for issuing of convocation. Kindly guide me how to follow the process in getting my convocation.
