==go on official website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
==than click on student option given on sections option given on right side of home page of it
==click on New Registration for Foundation/Executive Programme option
==now click on Proceed To Registrationa after that you will get online form of it
==than you have to fill all required details in it and click on register option so you can easily submit form for it .

Months of examination
The examinations are conducted twice a year in June and December.

Last date for receipt of enrolment applications forexamination in the Institute
25th March (with late fee of Rs. 100, 9th April) for June examination:
25th September (with late fee of Rs. 100, 10th October) for December examination.
