Sorry to say dear but you are not eligible to apply for JTO exam because minimum qualification to apply for JTO is you must have bachelor degree or final year student and you are 3rd year student so you cant apply.

Yes definitely after completion of Engineering applicants can pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics course and are also eligible to appear in BSNL JTO Examination .
