The Akron Functional Materials Center (AFMC) is a joint initiative of the College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering at The University of Akron and corporate members designed to step up research discoveries towards commercialization using combinatorial experimentation in the Market Driving Areas of Biomaterials, Energy and Sustainability.
