Yes, of course you are eligible for Maharashtra State Teacher Eligibilty Test exam after completing MSc from computer science with 66%.

Here is Maharashtra TET eligibility & more details:

A person who has acquired the academic and professional qualifications specified in the Government of Maharashtra Resolution date.

A person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses

Selection Process

Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of their marks obtained in the written examination.

Exam pattern:

MH TET Syllabus consists of two objective type question papers.
Each paper will consist of 150 MCQs and each question carries 1 marks totaling for 150 marks.

Following are the details of question papers:

Paper I Syllabus:
To become teachers for classes I-V in Maharashtra primary school

MH TET Paper I (for classes I to V): Duration of examination – one-and-a-half hours

Important Dates
Opening Date of Online applications: 1 October 2014
Closing Date of Online applications: 22 October 2014
Dates of Deposit of fees: Between 1 October 2014 to 27 October 2014
last date of receipt of application forms: 30 October 2014
Date of MahaTET 2014 Examination: 14 December 2014
