I am interested in doing diploma in computers after 10th . Am i Eligible For B.tech after diploma ?

Yes definitely after completing 10 , diploma is a three year course. After completing that course, you can directly join to the B.tech or BE 2nd year through entry. Many colleges offers this type of entry. Yes definitely you can get admission for B.Tech course after completing diploma in Engineering through Lateral entry scheme. Lateral entry scheme is intended to admit meritorious diploma holders to the second year of the B.Tech courses to acquire a degree in engineering directly in the second year . The exam procedure, the course and the degree everything remains the same for the applying applicants Eligibility: Candidates who have completed first year in B.Tech from a recognised university or passed three years diploma after 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 60% marks in science and maths field. Candidates who are appearing for the final year diploma examination are also eligible to apply for direct second year engineering admission Few B.Tech lateral entry Colleges in India are given below .
