Yes after completion of B.Tech Civil Engineering you can apply for CDS exam which is taken by UPSC twice in a year.

CDS exam is arrange to join IMA,Indian Navel Academy, Air force Academy And OTA

Indian Naval Academy :
Applicants must have completed yBachelor Degree in Engineering or Degree in Physics or Mathematics as your main subjects with minimum marks from any recognized university.

Age Limit;-

Air Force Academy: 19-23yrs.
Indian Military Academy: 19-24yrs.
Naval Academy: 19-22yrs.
Officers Training Academy: 19-25yrs

Scheme of Examination for CDS ;-
All the papers are of objective type.

English =100 marks

Elementary Mathematics=100 Marks

General Knowledge=100 Marks
