Yes you can apply for Indian Institute of Technology after passing 12th grade examination from board in India. here I am giving you information about required eligibility to apply for admission in IIT colleges India

Eligibility Criteria of IIT:
You have to passed 12th grade examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics subject from a well recognized board of education
For admission you have to passed IIT JEE entrance examination.
General and OBC candidates must have secured at least 60% marks and SC/ST candidate securing 55% marks in 12th can apply for IIT-JEE exam.

Number of attempts:
The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at JEE (Main) shall be limited to 03 (three)

JEE Main Pattern
For Paper 1(B.E/B.Tech courses), it is in both off and online modes.
For Paper 2(B.Arch/B.Planning),it is in offline mode only.

Paper 1 - for B.E/B.TECH courses
Duration: 3 hrs

Paper 2 - for B.ARCH/B. PLANNING Mathematics –
Part I - objective questions
Aptitude Test - Part II - objective questions
Drawing Test - Part III - to test drawing aptitude
Duration - 3 Hours

First of all you have done 10th not 12th , so you need to clear 12th exam and after that you will able to admission in IIT , and for it you have to appear in IIT JEE exam which an annual engineering college entrance examination in India.
