No you are not eligible to apply for Indian administrative service examination with 34 yea age and 10th qualification. Your age should be below 30 year and minimum you have to pass graduation level degree


Eligibility Criteria:
You have to pass graduation in any discipline from a well recognized university.
Age limit : The candidate must be between 21-30 years of age.
