Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. EAMCET exam eligibility criteria- Intermediate examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology with minimum 45% marks for General or 40% marks for the reserved categories Candidates appearing in 12th examination can also apply. The candidates must have completed their 17 years of age The candidates must belong to the Andhra Pradesh state. The candidates must be of Indian Nationality, Overseas Citizen of India – OCI (card holder) or person of India Origin (POI). EAMCET Syllabus EAMCET syllabus will include in three major subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Physics syllabus The topics from Physics, which can be asked in EAMCET 2015 examinations, will be as physics world, units and measurements, elements of vectors, dynamics and kinematics, centre of mass, frictions and collisions, elasticity, gravitation and fluid mechanics. Chemistry syllabus The chemistry will cover the topics as atomic structure, classification of elements, chemical bonding, molecular structure, states of matters, periodicity in properties, solutions and electrochemistry. Mathematics syllabus The main topics which will include in mathematics syllabus will be as numbers, trigonometry, algebra, probability, vector algebra, calculus, and co-ordinate geometry. |
