Yes definitely 12th Hyderabad board students are eligible for Karnataka CET or not

But, the problem is that you will be treated as a non local in Karnataka and only few percentage of seats i.e about 15% of seats will be reserved to you since you’re a non local.

KCET is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority for admission to under graduate professional courses in Karnataka state only .
