Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) is a Jesuit-run business school in Ranchi, India. It was established in 1955. XISS is governed by a governing body headed by a chairman from the Ranchi Jesuit Society.

The Institute offer Post Graduate Diploma in Management PGDM program which is equivalent to MBA program.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management PGDM-

XISS offers two years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management approved by AICTE, New Delhi with specialization in :

Human Resource Management
Rural Management
Information Technology
Finance, and
Marketing

Seats Available:

Total number of seats is seventy five (75) each in Human Resource Management and Rural Management and sixty (60) each in Information Technology, Finance and Marketing Management specialization.

Out of the above fifty per cent seats are reserved for SC/ST and Christian candidates.

Eligibility-

Three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in any discipline from recognized Universities.

Preference will be given to Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Management and Computer Science graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.

Student appearing in final year examination can also apply.
