St. Xavier's College Ranchi offers B.Ed Admission.

Affiliation:
The course is affiliated to the Ranchi University and is recognised by the NCTE Regional Centre, Bhubaneswar. S

Duration and Intake:

-Only 100 students will be admitted.

-The B.Ed. course shall be of one year duration.

Eligibility:

Applicants, who have passed graduate and post graduate examinations with at least two school subjects at the graduation level, may apply with at least 50% marks in the Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree examination of a recognized University.

The selection of the applicants for admission into courses will be done on the basis of an Entrance Test in the subject in which the applicant is seeking admission.

Selection of applicants made on faculty basis as follows:

a) Commerce – 2

b) History, Civics, Geography– 10+10+10=30

c) Economics – 2

d) Languages: (Hindi & English) – 13+13=26

e) Physical and Life Science-15+15=30

e) Maths – 10

Admission procedure:
a) Application can be submitted ONLINE only

b) There will be an Entrance Test.
