What is the qualification needed to become CBI officer?

I want to become a CBI officer? Please tell me what is minimum eligibility required for the CBI officer? Also tell me about its paper pattern?

The Central Bureau of Investigation is an agency which detects crime and helps to solve cases. The Candidates who wish to join the CBI must write the Union Public Service Commission Examination. It is called the Combined Graduate Level Examination.

Eligibility:

Qualification:

The applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree with Economics or Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory or Elective subject from any recognized University.

OR

Bachelors Degree with Mathematics (with Statistics as a papers studied in one year/two years/all three year as the case may be) as one of the main subjects

Age

The candidate must have attained the age of 20 years on 1st July of the year of examination and must not have attained 27 years of age on that date.


Physical Requirements

Height

i. For men -165cms.
ii. For women -150cms
Height relax able for Hillsmen and Tribals: 5cms

Chest:

76cms. with expansion (There shall be no such requirement in case of female candidates)
