Hello, here I am providing you the details of the important dates of the TNEA Academic Counselling as under:

Important Dates
Application form starts from: 15th April, 2016
Last date for registration/Filling of application form: 7 days from the date of publication of higher secondary result
Last date for receipt of filled-in-online application: 10 days from the date of publication of higher secondary result
Rank/Merit list publication date: few days after the result announcement
Counselling starts from: the starting month of July, 2016

Documents required while counselling:
Class 10th Mark sheet/Passing Certificate
Class 12th Mark sheet/Passing Certificate
TNEA 2016 Hall Ticket
TNEA 2016 Score Card
Caste/community Certificate
Nativity Certificate (if any)
Candidate’s Domicile

Counselling Procedure
The counselling will be arranged for the meritorious candidates. The shortlisted candidates are provided with the call letters that will be sent via post for attending counselling.

The call letter contains the details like counselling time, date and venue. The counselling will be conducted offline for the eligible candidates.

To appear in the counselling, the general candidates have to make the payment of Rs. 5000/- while for SC/ST, the counselling fee will be Rs. 1000/-. The payment will be done either DD or cash.
