Re: Skeleton Children's University

Children's University of Manchester has been designed to support KS2 (7-11 ) teaching and learning both in the classroom and at home.

As you want here I am telling human skeleton can be compared to scaffolding. It is a structure that is composed of a large number of different bones, enabling us to walk, jump, and also maintain an upright posture.

Objectives
Main:

Students know what functions bones fulfill.

Specific aims:
Students know:

The correct posture for maintaining bone health.

Students understand:

The importance of exercise and proper nutrition in caring for the skeletal system.

Students know how to:

Explain what a skeleton and scaffolding have in common.
Name the organs protected by the skull and rib cage.
