Here I am providing the Young Scholars Award Scheme Exam pattern which you are looking for .

Phase I :

~ There are total 4 sections for 200 marks every section divide in to 50 marks and following are the 4 sections and the question form is objective type and follow syllabus ;

Reasoning test
English language test
General awareness test
Quantitative aptitude test

Phase II :

~ The questions form in descriptive type test for 3 papers they included ;..

~ Paper 1: English and questions from essay, precis writing, comprehension and business or office correspondence.

~ Paper II: Economic and Social Issues and questions from growth and development and economic reforms in India , social justice, globalization , social structure in india ,

~ Paper III: Finance and Management and questions from finance , management , leadership , human resource development , performance appraisal , motivation , communication , corporate Governance
