Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites the application for IBPS RRB exam for Officer Scale-I, II, III grade and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) grade vacancies.

IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria-

Degree from a recognised university.

Age limit-

For Office Assistants: 18-28 years
For Officer Scale 1: 18-28 years
For Officer Scale 2: 21-32 years
For Officer Scale 3: 21-40 years
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates
3 years for OBC
10 years for PWD

Starting date for Online Application: 18 June 2014.
Last date of Online Application: 09 July 2014.
Starting date for Fee payment through Offline mode: 20 July 2014.
Last date of Fee payment through offline mode: 14 July 2014

Application Fee-

Application Fee for applying to IBPS RRB exam for both Office Assistant and Officer Posts: Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM and Rs. 600 for all others.

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern-

40 Questions from every section-
1. Reasoning -50 marks
2. Quantitative aptitude-50 marks
3. English language-40 marks
4. General knowledge with special reference to banking industry-40 marks
5. Computer knowledge-20 marks

Time of exam:
For Office Assistants and Officer scale II specialist cadre- total time-3 hours
for all others - Total time of exam- 2 hrs. 30 minutes

Negative Marking-There is a penalty of 0.25 marks out of 1 mark question in IBPS RRB exams for officers and office assistants if any wrong answer has been given.
