The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, formally known as West Bengal University of Technology is released the examination notification for Post Graduate Entrance Test. Eligibility: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy/ Architecture from a recognized institute/university. Final Year candidates can also apply Candidates who are Associate Members of a Professional of Engineers recognized by the Govt. of India as equivalent courses are also eligible to apply Application Process: Fees: Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ST candidates) Exam Pattern: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours Candidates have to attempt a single paper for 100 marks. The question paper will consist of a total of 100 multiple choice objective type questions The question paper will be in English only. The paper will comprise of the following sections: General Section: consisting of English, Aptitude in Logical/Reasoning power and Mathematics for 20 marks Mathematics, Basic Sciences & Engineering Sciences: 30 marks Relevant Engineering Section: 50 marks There will be no negative marking system in the test.
