It works for the assistance to organisations in the areas of personnel such as

Recruitment,
Selection,
Placement,
By designing, and developing suitable measurement tests/tools,
Assessment of answer responses and
Processing results of examinations,
Conducts such examination related services, on request.

Institute is an ‘Associate Member’ of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA).

SNDT Women’s University has extended its affiliation to IBPS to conduct its Ph.D. programme in Management Sciences.

Some Sr.Professors/Divisional Heads of the institute are recognised Guides for Ph.D. programme of the university.
