HPU MBA Program

Can you tell me in detail about the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) course offered by HPU or Himachal Pradesh University as my friend wants to take admission in the course?

Himachal Pradesh University Business School was established in 1971. It admits students from all over the country to MBA through HPU-MAT (HP University Management Aptitude Test) held every year in the month of May.

Eligibility
Any first bachelor's degree of a university, established by law in India, at least with 50% marks(45% maks in the case of Scheduled Cast/ Scheduled Tribe candidate). The students who are appearing for their final bachelor degree examination in 2005 shall be allowed to appear in H.P. State Combined Management Aptitude Test (HP-CMAT).

Age limit
Except for Non-subsidized, serving or retired defence personnel, the maximum age limit is 26 years for boys and 28 years for girls (29 years for SC/ST candidates both for boys and girls) as on 1st of July of the year concerned
