How Join Indian Air Force Pilot
My desire is to become an Indian Air Force Pilot so please tell me how to Join Indian Air Force as a Pilot, give me the complete procedure of it? To become an Indian Air Force Pilot I have to appear in any entrance exam, give me there details?

If you want join the Indian Air Force as a Pilot, you will have to be a part of the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force. You may join the Flying Branch after your Class 12th or even after your graduation. If you want to join after your Class 12th examinations, you will have to appear and qualify in the National Defense Academy (NDA) Examinations. If you choose to join the Indian Air Force after And if want to join after your graduation, you can get in through any of the following options: Appear and qualify in the Combined Defense Services Examinations (CDSE). Join the Indian Air Force through Short Service Commissions (SSC). Enter through the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Special Entry scheme. Air Force (Flying Branch) after your Class 12th To join the NDA as a Pilot, you will have to appear and qualify in the NDA entrance examination. NDA is entry is for 10+2 passed students. The NDA entrance test is conducted twice a year by the UPSC. NDA Eligibility criteria- 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Students appearing in final year are also eligible to apply Nationality Indian Gender Male Age 16 to 19 years (at the time of commencement of course) CDSE Entry (for graduates) The UPSC conducts Combined Defence Services CDSE test twice a year. Only male candidates are eligible to join the flying branch of IAF through CDSE entry. Eligibility criteria- Graduate (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) | Final Year/semester students are also eligible to apply, provided they produce Degree certificate issued by the University as per the date stipulated in the advertisement | No Percentage Bar for CDSE entry Age 20 to 24 years (at the time of commencement of course) Nationality Indian Gender Male Marital Status Single NCC Special Entry (for graduates holding Air Wing Senior Division ’C’ Certificate of the NCC) This special entry is meant for candidates holding Air Wing Senior Division ’C’ Certificate of the NCC. This entry is meant for male candidates only. Eligibility criteria- Graduate (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent and have passed Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent | Final Year/semester students are also eligible to apply, provided they do not have any present backlogs at the time of SSB Testing and produce Degree certificate issued by the University as per the date stipulated in the advertisement | NCC Air Wing Senior Division ’C’ certificate Nationality Indian Gender Male Marital Status Single Age 20 to 24 years (at the time of commencement of course) SSC Entry (for graduates through AFCAT) SSC stands for Short Service Commission. Both male and female candidates are eligible to make use of this entry. Interested candidates may apply through AFCAT. IAF conducts AFCAT twice a year. Eligibility criteria Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent | Final Year students are also eligible to apply Nationality Indian Gender Male and female Marital Status Single Age 20 to 24 years (at the time of commencement of course).
