Hello sir I want to take transfer from Gujarat University so please provide me information about the procedure of the transfer.

You have to fill the application form of Gujarat University to take transfer from university so here I am providinmg you procedure of the same.

Procedure to take transfer

Application form is available from Consumer Stores (Room No. 1) by paying cash Rs. 10/- and also available on university website.

The fees of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) for a student migrating from this University to another statutory University

After paying the fees, the form should be returned in Migration section with fee receipt.

The application for the Migration Certificate should be accompanied by the Original Transference Certificate.

In the case of External Students, they should supply the original Passing Certificate of mark-sheet and a copy of each duly certified by

(1) Government Gazetted Officer,

(2) A Principal of an affiliated College of this University,

(3) A Member of the Senate (Court) of this University for the time being

(4) A Head Master of a full-fledged High School within the State of Gujarat.

The application for the Migration Certificate will not be entertained if the documents are not supplied.

Migration Form will be Checked in 11-15 to 2-00.

The Migration Certificate will deliver on next day 5-00 p.m. from Migration Section.
