Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU), Banaskantha Gujarat came into existence after quadruplicating of erstwhile GAU (Gujarat Agricultural University) on 01 May, 2004 with jurisdiction covering seven districts namely; Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Patan, Mehsana, Gandhinagar, and Kachchh.


B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture


Admission Criteria

The admissions for B. Sc.(Hons.) Agri. degree course are carried out through online process.

One must have passed 12th Std. (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject

The unreserved category 45% and reserved category SEBC 40% & SC/ST 35 % are eligible for admission.

The admission are based on the marks obtained by the Gujarat Secondary and higher Secondary gets shortlisted as per the merit list prepared considering 60% weightage marks of Theory Papers (PCB) and 40% marks obtained in the GUJCATE for the purpose of admission.

Out of the total intake capacity 15% seats are filled by I.C.A.R., New Delhi while 85 % of seats are filled at university level.


Fees
For bachelor degree courses total fees per annum is Rs. 13700/- for first Semester admission for boys in academic year 2019-20.

While for girls tuition fees of Rs. 3500/- is waived off from total fees.
