Candidates must be class XII pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English

B.Sc Nautical Science:
Candidates must be class XII pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English

B.Tech Naval Architecture and Ship Building:
Candidates must be class XII pass from a recognized board or university with 50% average marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

B.Tech Marine Engineering:
Candidates must be class XII pass or its equal from a recognized board or university with 60% average in Mathematics and science subjects i.e. Physics and Chemistry

Diploma in Nautical Science guides the candidate to obtain B.Sc:
Candidates must be class XII pass from a recognized board or university with 55% average marks. Also Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics should be subjects studied.

Candidates must be class XII pass with a minimum of 50% in XII with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) or Commerce (with Mathematics)

Pre-Sea Training GP Rating:
Candidates must be class X pass with a minimum 40% marks or a pass in an ITI course from a Govt. Approved institute with atleast 50% marks in final year.

Atleast 40% mark in the English Subject is mandatory either in class X or XII or any degree/diploma course by the AICTE.

Candidates should be physically and Mentally strong, fit for sea-services under standard norms

Eye-Sight :
6/6 without glasses, No color Blindness.
(The candidate is subject to medical examination).

HND (Higher National Diploma) Nautical Science Qualification- Minimum 10+2 PCM HND (Higher National Diploma)

Marine Engineering Qualification- Minimum 10+2 PCM

B.E Marine Engineering (4-Year Degree course in Marine Engineering)
Qualification- Minimum 10+2 PCM and English

B.S. in Nautical Technology (3 years training at Institute + 1 year at Sea)
Qualification- Minimum 10+2 PCM 3-Year

B.Sc. Degree in Nautical Science
