Re: Difference Between ECE & Instrumentation Control Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering is a field in electronic engineering that concentrates with the applied science of measuring properties of electronic devices. For example: An Ammeter, digital multimeter, or spectral analyzer. InstrumentationControl Engineering is a field in engineering that relates with the applied science of modeling systems, analyzing system behavior and developing devices that control the system to specifications. For example: automatic tracking system on missiles, motor arm control using feedback, or automobile cruise control Control and Instrumentation Engineering is a field of engineering that relates with the applied science of instruments which measures to provide parameters control applications. For example: a device that determines the amount of pressure in the nozzle in the automatic tracking systems on missiles, the position sensor on the motor arm, or the velocity sensor in the car cruise control. |
