The Company Secretary Course conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has three sections –

Foundation,
Executive, and
Professional

Eligibility:
Foundation Programme –
Eligibility 10+2

Executive Programme –
Eligibility graduation from all streams except Fine Arts

Professional Programme –
Only after clearing the executive Program

Well, nothing can be classified Hard or Easy

It all depends upon your effort, ability, hard work, understanding, readiness to devote time, concentration and to some extent lady luck.
