As you want to get the list of Civil Services Examinations in India and eligibility of that so I am giving you same:

Civil Services Exams Eligibility:
Nationality
A candidate must be a citizen of India.
If a candidate is a subject of Nepal or Bhutan is also eligible.
A Tibetan refugee who is living in India before 01/01/1962 is also eligible.

Age Limit
Minimum age- 21 years
Maximum age- 31 years

Relaxation of age:
SC / ST 5
OBC 3
Defense Services personnel 3

Educational Qualification
An applicant must be a graduate from a recognized university.

An applicant who has appeared for the final year of bachelor's degree and awaiting result can also apply for this.

The Civil Services Examination (CSE) is a national competitive examination in India conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruitment to various Civil Services of the Government of India, including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) among others.

The examination is the hardest examination in India with success rate of 0.1%-0.3% with more than 900,000 applicants and also has the least success ratio in the entire World (Only top 0.03% get the prestigious IAS).

It is conducted in two phases - the Preliminary examination, consisting of 2 objective-type papers (General Studies and Aptitude Test), and the Main examination, consisting of nine papers of predictable (essay) type followed by the Personality Test (Interview).

The complete process from the notification of the Preliminary examination to declaration of the final results takes roughly 1 year.


Process:
The exam has a 3 stage process:
Stage I: Preliminary examination
Stage II: Main examination
Stage III: Personality Test (Interview)

Eligibility details:

Nationality:
For the IAS, the Indian Foreign Service and the Indian Police Service, a contender must be a citizen of India.
For the Indian Revenue Service, a contender must be one of the following:
A citizen of India
a person of Indian root who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
For other services, a contender must be one of the following:
A citizen of India
A citizen of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan
a person of Indian root who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India

Education
All applicants must have a minimum of any of the following educational qualifications:

A degree from a Central, State or Deemed university
A degree received through Correspondence Education or Distance
A degree from an Open University
A qualification recognized by the Government of India as being

Age
A contender must have the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years

Numbers of attempts:

The number of attempts a contender can give the exam is limited as follows:

General Category Applicants and OBC Category Applicants under the Creamy layer = 6 attempts
OBC Category Applicants = 9 attempts
SC/ST Applicants = ANY NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS
