M. Tech Fee Structure

Masters of Technology or M. Tech is pursued by students who want to make their career in Engineering and Technology, and want to further their career in Research and Developments sector.

There are many institutes which provide this course; here I am providing you the fees structure of few premier institutes of the country.

Indian Institutes of Technology: In order to study M. Tech in any of the Indian Institutes of Technology, you will need to spend around Rs. 11,270 if you are a Day scholar and Rs. 7950 if you are a boarder.

Vellore Institute of Technology: For studying M. Tech in Vellore Institute of Technology, you will have to pay the following fees:

Tuition Fee is payable as Rs. 69,000 per annum, along with an admission fee payable one time as Rs. 10,000, the Special Fee which includes the exam fee, library fee, and other miscellaneous expenses, is Rs. 10,000, and a refundable Caution Deposit of Rs. 3,000 is also payable at the time of admission.

Since the amount of fee invested can be earned by the students in the form of stipend, so there is no problem in pursuing M. Tech as a specialization after the graduation, since it entirely then becomes a self financed course, with a great opportunity to learn, grow, and excel.
