My uncle was the student of the Andhra University. he wants to apply for the Convocation Certificate but he is not available in the city he is out of town so will you please tell me how can he apply online for filling the Convocation Certificate of Andhra University? Also tell me what is the Revised Rates for issue of Certificates?
