MDU Rohtak PhD Admission Eligibility:

Candidates must have completed M Phil / Pre – PhD Course / Ph.D. in related area subject to the following:

Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate in the related subject or in an concerned subject ( 50% for SC candidates of Haryana only ). ( OR )

MPhil degree or a acknowledged equivalent degree beyond Master degree level with minimum 55% marks ( 50% for SC candidates of Haryana only ) or equivalent grade in the grading system and Master degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the subject concerned or an related subject. ( OR )

For Faculty of Management Studies – Master Degree or any other degree recognized alike thereto in (a) Business Administration or Economics or Commerce or in related subjects with minimum 55% marks OR (b) Post Graduate Diploma in Management recognized equivalent to MBA by AICTE / AIU with 55% marks or equivalent grade in that.

Candidates with Qualifications as laid down in (iii) are eligible for doing Ph.D. in Department of Economics and Faculty of Commerce.
