The Department of Biotechnology was established in December, 1994 and running M.Sc and M.Tech Biotechnology and M.Sc. Nanobiotechnology programs.

The Department of Biotechnology has been funded by UGC and DST-FIST and developed as one of the well equipped self sufficient department with good infrastructural facilities

M.Sc. (Biotechnology)

Course Duration: Two Year (Semester System)

Course Eligibility : Graduation in Science with at least 50 % marks or Equivqlent CGPA

Admission Criteria: Merit in qualifying examination, subject to eligibility criteria.

Entrance/Eligibility Test: As per University Rules
