The general goals and structure of principles and controls of the Company are set down in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. Every Department of the Company, while releasing its capacities, is guided by Book of Delegated Powers, manuals, strategy and rules, which are intermittently inspected and overhauled. The behavior of the representatives is managed by the Employees' (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules) and Standing Orders. What's more, the Company takes after the orders and rules issued by the Government of India on different matters.

The imperative Internal Rules, Regulations, Manuals and Records, which are utilized by the representatives of the Company in release of their capacities are given underneath:
