Citibank Debit cards offer cash withdrawals, allows to make purchases in stores and online, and access to your account information.

Debit Card for Non-Resident External Rupee Checking Account
If you have a Non-Resident External and a Non-Resident Ordinary Rupee Checking Account, you will receive one Debit Card and an ATM Personal Identification Number (ATM PIN) for each of these accounts.

If you have multiple account holders on the account, each account holder will receive a Debit Card and an ATM PIN.

You can use your Debit Card for your Non-Resident External Rupee Checking Account to access your account, withdraw cash or to pay for purchases at select MasterCard establishments

Citibank Withdrawal Limit
Regular Accounts
Maximum Daily Limit Equivalent of Rs. 75,000 in local currency

Preferred Accounts
Equivalent of Rs. 125,000 in local currency

Citigold Accounts
Equivalent of Rs. 150,000 in local currency

If you do not use your Debit Card for your Non-Resident External Rupee Checking Account overseas at any ATM, Point of Sale Terminal or Online, the default limit is set at the equivalent of US $3500 per financial year for Citigold Customers.

If Your existing Debit Card is not a Chip Based Card, the Bank will automatically issue you a new Chip and PIN Based Card upon renewal.
