There are only few company's in India which will take candidates only if they have not any backlogs.

The company's like IBM, TCS, WIPRO, Infosys are only the company's who will not take the candidates if they have any backlog.

But don't worry there are other big company's in which you can apply if you have any backlog in future. But remember one thing that all top ITcompany's will recruit back candidates only if they don't have any current back log. All the backs should be cleared at the time of interview.
