BCA or Bachelor of Computer Applications is an Undergraduate Academic Degree.
The duration of Bachelor of Computer Applications is 3-4 years, divided into a number of semesters which are generally 6 in number.

Eligibility:
The applicant should have passed HSC (10 + 2) exam from any stream with English as passing subject with minimum 45% marks at 12th std.

There is a very less chance for you to get a job based on your BCA degree alone with backlogs.
Firstly clarify your backlog and then try to get a good job after completing your BCA, you can get a good job.
