APTET Stands for Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test.

Andhra Pradesh TET Conducted by Higher Education Board of Andhra Pradesh, for the recruitment of teachers at Andhra Pradesh Govt. Schools.

Important Dates :

Registration date of APTET exam 2016 is December 2016

Last date of registration for APTET exam 2016 is December 2016

APTET exam 2016 is tentative Feb 2017

Age Limit :

Minimum age 18 years and Maximum Age 40 years

Education Qualification :

Applicants must be fully qualified for the post applied for and in possession of all Certificates as on the last date prescribed in the notification for submission of applications.

The candidate should possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or other equivalent certificates recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Application Fees:

The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs. 250/-

Exam Pattern :

The Written test Comprises of Paper-I and Paper-II.

Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
