What should I do Mtech from IIT or job in IT MNC?

What should I do Mtech from IIT or job in IT MNC??? Will you please suggest me the suitable option for me????

I would suggest you to do Mtech from IIT rather then doing job in IT MNC, as IITs are one of the top institutes in India and after completing M. tech from IIT there would be lots of opportunities for you.
