First of all I have to clear that Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Post Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK PGET) is conducted across the state of Karnataka for Indian national candidates aspiring to pursue Post Graduate Courses in Medicine and Dentistry.

To get admission in Karnataka for M.Tech course, you have to participate in Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET).

So here I am giving Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) details:

Eligibility:
The candidate should have passed qualifying exam or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects of all the years / semesters of the Degree Examination.

Exam pattern:
The Written Test will be conducted in a total of 11 disciplines out of which 8 disciplines are as follows

Civil Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Computer Science Engineering

Environmental Engineering

Textile Engineering

Polymer Science

Architecture

Bio-Technology

Paper Pattern will be:

Total Number of Questions : 75 Multiple Choice Questions

Total Marks: 100

50 Questions of 1 Mark each

25 Questions of 2 Mark each
