Human resource management (HRM or simply HR) is a function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems. Basic Eligibility UG: For admission in a bachelor degree, one needs to pass the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination. The duration for this course is 3 years. PG: For a master degree one holding a bachelor degree can apply. One will have to attend an entrance exam such as MAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA to get admitted into this course.
