Banaras Hindu University is a public central university located in Varanas

Research Entrance Test (RET) is a paper-pen based test for PhD Admission in Banaras Hindu University BHU.


Exam pattern

There are 3 parts of the test

Test A: Test to assess Logical and Analytical Capability

Test B:Test to assess Subject Knowledge

Test C: Research proposal and Personal Interview

Entrance Fee:-

SC/ST - Rs 250/-

Others - Rs 500/-


Qualification for the test

A candidate having

Master's degree in the concerned discipline.

At least 55% in aggregate or equivalent grade point average in the qualifying examination.


Deadlines

Last date for receipt of duly completed application form both by hand and by post:- April 2017
