These training services are available via Walk-up, Appointments, In-Class Visits, Online Tutorials, etc. Western Carolina University requires all incoming freshmen to have a laptop equipped with both Microsoft Office and an up to date anti-virus. If WCU students do not already have these programs, they can download the most recent Microsoft Office and student antivirus for free from the university.
