The State HR Commission grants instructive foundations to receive an occasion calendar that varies from the all inclusive timetable so as to address operational issues of the grounds. HOLIDAY January 18, 2016 (Monday) GOOD FRIDAY March 25, 2016 (Friday) INDEPENDENCE DAY July 4, 2016 (Monday) LABOR DAY September 5, 2016 (Monday) THANKSGIVING November 24-25, 2016 (Thursday and Friday) CHRISTMAS December 23-29, 2016 (Friday - Thursday) EXTENDED WINTER CLOSING December 30, 2016 (Friday) NEW YEAR'S DAY 2017 January 2, 2017 (Monday) The holidays at Christmas are arrived by consolidating the Memorial Day (May 30) and Veteran's Day (November 11) occasions with the three occasions given for Christmas. To take into consideration a developed winter shutting, the University will stay shut on Friday, December 30, 2016. EHRA (EPA non-workforce) representatives may represent time by charging the hours to travel or reward leave or leave without pay. SHRA (SPA) workers may charge the hours to relax or reward leave or compensatory time if qualified. The Smart Time falling project will alter leave in view of current program rules. As usual, compensatory time is charged before individual leave accounts. |
