Provisional Degree Certificate is a temporary degree certificate provided to applicants by Visvesvaraya Technological University until applicant receive Degree certificate (also called as Convocation Degree certificate).

Applicants need PDC because for applying for jobs or applying for higher studies until you receive degree certificate.

Provisional Degree Certificate enables you that you are sure to receive Convocation Degree certificate

Applicants can apply for PDC Immediately after complete your engineering; as 8th sem results are declared.

Applicants can obtain PDC to their address in 15 working days after applying.

I want to know that is it necessary to get PDC form signed by College authority or I can send downloaded form to VTU to get my PDC .
