I ve completed BE in July 2013 I dint get the degree certificate yet. But now some one asking for PDC for the job. can I get it now.?

u have sent 3 pages .. out of which how many pages that i should get print..?

for applying pdc in vtu office bangalore ,dd need to be made in whose name and place

Can I submit all necessary documents along with pdc form, ltter of request and DD to any near vtu regional office. Vtu regional office Gulbarga is near to me. Help me out of this.

Do we need to attach all the sem marks card along with pdc, dd,and letter?
