Can you tell me if the date for VIT Engineering Entrance Examination – Computer Based Test (CBT) 2016 announced as I will start my revision of the exam accordingly which is conducted by Vellore Institute of Technology?

VIT Engineering Entrance Examination – Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held from 6th April to 17th April 2016

Declaration of Results (Tentative) : Thursday April 30, 2016(tentative)

Eligibility 2016

Nationality:
One should be a Resident / Non Resident Indian National.

Qualifying Examination :

One appearing for the VITEEE-2016 need to either complete or is appearing in 2016, in any one of the following qualifying examinations:

• The final examination of the 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Exam conducted by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi); The Council for Indian School Certificate Exam (ISCE, New Delhi).

• Intermediate or 2 -year Pre-University Exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University.

• High School Certificate Exam of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.

• General Certificate Education (GCE) exam (London / Cambridge / Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) Level.

One who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply.

Age Limit:
One who’s date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1994 are eligible to apply for VITEEE-2016.
The date of birth as recorded in the High School / SSC / X Certificate /Birth proof certificate is considered authentic.
