What is the paper pattern of VITEEE entrance exam for admission in B Tech course in VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) University as I want to prepare for the exam accordingly? If possible, provide me the previous year question paper of VITEEE entrance exam?

Exam Pattern

The VITEEE exam is a computer based

Duration of time

The Online VITEEE Test will be for 2 hours 30 minutes.

Number of questions-

PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)– 120 questions (Each 40 questions)

PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology)– 120 questions (Each 40 questions)

The subject selection was done at the time of the VITEEE Online Test Slot Booking in March

Candidates who attempt Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are eligible for all the B.Tech Programmes at the university.

Candidates who attempt Biology instead of Mathematics will be eligible for B.Tech. Bioinformatics, Bio-Medical Engineering and Biotechnology programmes only.

Candidates may note that the syllabus will be from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and CBSE Board.

VITEEE Marking:

All subjects carry 40 marks each with one mark for each question

There is no negative marking
