The Urban Land Institute was founded in 1936. It has more than 32,000 members worldwide which represents the range of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private project and public service. Urban Land Institute Membership Individual Memberships Associate Membership: ULI membership is open to all. Full Membership: Full Membership is open for selective only. The membership type is not available to students. It includes one Full Member and two Associate Members. It allows memberships to be transferred to other employees. Annual Dues: $525 U.S., €425 Europe, $475 Rest of World. Additional Associate Members fee $100 each Company Membership Packages Sustaining Membership Application It is for private sector companies. Choose employees to include in the membership package. If an employee member leaves the company, the membership may be transferred to another employee. It offers additional discounts and free registrations for selected events.
