UP Polytechnic also known as JEECUP is a state level entrance exam conducted for admission to various polytechnic courses in the government and private polytechnic institutes and colleges of UP.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates belonging to the UP are eligible to apply for 85% seats in various government and private colleges of UP.

The candidates applying for the exam should have passed or appearing in class 10th, or 12th or equivalent are eligible to apply.

The candidate should have passed qualifying examination from any recognized board or university.

The candidates should be having domicile of UP, in order to appear for the examination

Exam Pattern

The paper of the Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) comprises of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.

The question paper will consist of total 120 questions.

For each group, separate question paper will be there that contains the questions as per the choice of the course.

Last date of online registration: 16th February 4th March 2016

UP Polytechnic 2016 (JEECUP 2016) exam date: 1st May, 2016

UP polytechnic result: last week of May, 2016

JEECUP counselling date: June, 2016
